Registered -- You are registered to vote. You may vote in the elections for which you are eligible.
If the election is being held by our office, your eligibility is indicated below. For information about any election not being held by our office, contact that political subdivision.
Suspense -- We have received information which indicates that you may have moved to an address other than the address on your Voter Registration Certificate.
This does not necessarily mean that you are ineligible to vote. By law, you must complete a Statement of Residence form or respond to the Confirmation Notice that was mailed to you, even if your address did not change.
If you have moved within Montgomery County, we will issue a new Voter Registration Certificate to you.
Pending Approval -- We have received your Voter Registration Application, and it is currently in the approval process at the Office of the Secretary of State.
Awaiting Voter Response -- You have submitted a Voter Registration Application. However, either the application was incomplete or we need further information from you. You should have received a letter from our office shortly after you submitted your application. If not, please call (936) 539-7843.
Ineligible for Party Election Your voter record indicates that you affiliated with another party by voting in that party’s Primary Election and are therefore ineligible to vote in the Primary Runoff Election of this party during the same calendar year.
